Terms & Conditions

Players Agreement

  • By signing this form I confirm that I will follow the Respect Code of Conduct and agree to fully cooperate and accept any disciplinary actions which may be brought against me due to my behavior during a match (Red or Yellow cards). This could result in fines and / or match bans.
  • I will treat all players, teammates, coaches, administration, officials and opponents with dignity and respect.
  • I will wear shin pads to training and to matches. (Unfortunately, we will have to turn players away who arrive without the correct safety wear as child safety is paramount).
  • I will remember that I am representing Eldwick Juniors at both training sessions and at matches and will ensure that I do nothing to damage the reputation of the friendly, sportsmanlike and inclusive club we are.
  • All players, regardless of ability and/or playing time are equal members of the Team. Each and every player will treat all teammates with acceptance and respect.
  • Players will be placed in the appropriate team based on their ability, but will be constantly monitored and assessed to ensure they are developed in terms of progression. This is so that we can enter teams in leagues which contain matched ability levels to help with development.
  • I will be on time for training sessions and for matches and I am aware that consistent lateness or absence may affect my position in the selection process.
  • I will bring refreshments to training and keep them safe and close by.
  • I will ensure that the facilities we are using are left tidy.

  • We will communicate kick off times, locations and appropriate kit requirements (boots/astro trainers etc) prior to match day through our Facebook page or directly with the parent/guardian.
  • We will try to notify you of any cancellations as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary travel.
  • Players will be placed in the appropriate team based on their ability, but will be constantly monitored to ensure they are developed in terms of progression.
